Every lodge at Bawtry is built to a residential specification, BS 3632. That is the official British Standard for park homes and luxury lodges, and it is the line between a lodge built for summer and one built to be warm and comfortable all year round.
What does BS 3632 actually mean for you? Higher construction quality throughout: superior insulation, domestic-grade double glazing and thicker, better-built walls, the same British Standard used for residential park homes. In short, a lodge made for comfortable use right through the year, not just the warm months.
Central heating, a proper fitted kitchen and full-height rooms do the rest, so the only thing that changes through the year is the view from your decking.
Five minutes from a Georgian market town, next door to an 18 hole golf course, and standing in the birthplace of the Mayflower Pilgrims. Yorkshire Wildlife Park and Doncaster Racecourse are both within about twenty minutes.
Home to the UK's largest collection of polar bears, plus tigers, lions and leopards. A brilliant day out, and the grandchildren love it.
Home of the St Leger, run since 1776. A full season of racing and events on your doorstep.
A handsome Georgian market town of independent shops, wine bars and well regarded restaurants, with a GP and a Sainsbury's for the everyday.
Set among mature pines on the edge of Austerfield, a gated, pet-friendly park moments away from the historic market town of Bawtry. Own your lodge, come and go as you please twelve months of the year, and let the year roll by from your own decking.
We are a newer park, adding to it all the time, with a clubhouse and more on the way. Early owners get the pick of the plots and grow with the place.
Book a viewing and we will show you round the park. No pressure, no hard sell, just a proper look at the place.
We go through the price, the package and the site fee openly, so you know exactly where you stand before you decide.
Pick the lodge that feels right and the package that suits you, and we get everything ready.
We handle the transport, siting and connection. You collect the keys and start enjoying it.
